Flip Tip Summary

Every successful real estate investor that uses direct mail knows that it’s the little, seemingly unimportant things that make a difference in your lead conversions. In this FlipNerd FlipTip, Todd Hutcheson, Founder of iBuyHomes.com, shares a small but powerful direct mail tip with us. Don’t miss it!

Flip Tip Transcript:

Mike: Hey, it’s Mike Hambright from FlipNerd.com and we have a quick VIP tip to share with you from Todd Hutcherson of IBuyHomes.com, who’s going to share a tip on why you should always use a “P.S.” in your direct mail.

Todd: OK. The direct marketing association did this study. When people read your first headline, your first sentence, if you don’t grab their attention right then, the next thing they go to is the bottom of the page. You should do one of two things: reiterate your main thing, or what I like to do, is “P.S. If you’re not interested in selling right now, please keep this card as I am always buying.”

Mike: Hmm. That’s…

Todd: If you’re don’t use a “P.S.” you’re losing a lot of your direct mail oomph.

Mike: Yeah that’s a, that’s a great tip. Sneaky.

Todd: Yes.

Announcer: Thank you for joining us for another FlipNerd Flip Tip.
