Mike Hambright: Hey, it’s Mike Hambright from FlipNerd.com, and we have a quick VIP tip to share with you today from Frank Cava, who, Frank is literally going to give us an elevator pitch right now on how to raise money for your real estate business.
Frank Cava: All right guys, so I get the question all the time. Great, you’ve got all this time and all this experience. What do I do if I don’t have the experience and I don’t exactly know how to raise the money and I don’t have the experience level that you have. So what I’ve done is I’ve written an elevator speech just for you.
It goes like this: Have you ever seen the shows on TV where investors buy houses, fix them, and then sell them for enormous profits? Well, I do this, but I follow a very specific set of guidelines and parameters that make those guys looks like they’re from the Wild West. I follow a proprietary system that allows me to find properties that are priced under market value, add value quickly, and then sell these houses, making a tidy profit.
With one eye focused toward profit and the other eye focused on capital preservation, I entered the market of buying existing homes, fixing them, adding value, and then flipping them quickly for fast profits. We have a few select investors that we closely work with and they are generating nice, strong profits. I’m pretty strict about who I work with because the system that I follow has worked on more than 100 properties in the past four years with 90% selling in less than 30 days. I have an experienced track record and strategy, just needing another person that I can bring in that can return strong ROIs to. Does this sound like something you might be interested in?
