Dmitriy: Hello, my name is Dmitriy Fomichenko and welcome to REI classroom. I’m the founder and president of Sense Financial Services and today I’m going to be your host. The topic of today’s show is how to grow your business with videos.

Dmitriy: You’re a small business owner, a real estate investor, you’re in business for yourself, and you’re wondering how you can grow your business. How can you bring more prospects? How can you bring more audience? How can you increase interest in what it is that you have to offer?

One of the great ways that you can do that is you can actually become an expert in your field and you can create a series of educational videos, possibly answering questions to your prospects, to your clients, to investors. You can actually create series of educational videos. I actually did that myself and it worked really great. One of my mentors told me, “Hey, come out with 100 short videos and that’s going to help you grow your business.”

I did that. I upgraded the YouTube channel, and as I get questions from my clients, I started recording those answers to those questions in brief educational videos. That was able to basically increase the awareness. My videos were coming up in the search engines.

You can do the same thing. Regardless what business you’re in, you can come up with certain questions. You can go back and possibly pull that from your previous clients, from your old clients, or you can just start fresh. As you get a question, just record it quickly. You can do it just using your computer. If you have a laptop with a camera there are a number of softwares out there. There’s some free software. There’s some that you can pay a little bit of money and get a little bit better quality and tools. But you can do it yourself or you can utilize some help, have somebody else edit that for you.

That can be a great way that you can increase your business and you can just increase interest of people that are looking for what it is that you have. You’ll be the one that some of them can find. It did work for me. It can work for you. Try it out. I think it’s definitely going to help you.
