Let’s face it, sitting is the new smoking, because we all have short attention spans, I want to go through this really quickly, why I invest in raw land.

Mark: I think it’s going to be very interesting because typically, nobody thinks about raw land because the biggest land owners are typically billionaires. But in our niche, we’re able to acquire land, 23 cents on a dollar, and make unbelievable returns.
I want to talk about just why I even invest in raw land. Number one, it’s an asset that can’t be stolen or destroyed. Then number two, the landmark, it has low competition. You don’t go on HGTV or DYI Network and see Flip This Land. Number three, it can’t vanish into thin air, like shares of Enron stock. It’s a real asset. And number four, is we can make land cash flow and get passive income.
Now, the way we do that is very simple, but what’s nice about this model is that we have a one-time sale, recurring income without any renters, without any rehabs, without any renovations, without rodents. So the simplicity of land is phenomenal. It’s migraine-free real estate investing. We don’t have to worry about Dodd-Frank, the Safe Act or RESPA, because land is exempt. Why is land exempt? Because we’re not dealing with a tenant.
To recap, why do I love my landage? Number one, not competitive. Number two, can’t be stolen or destroyed, nothing to protect, nothing to maintain. Number three, not glamorized by television shows. And number four, we can make this cash flow and we don’t have any owner risk government legislation that we have to worry about.
