The Investor Fuel Real Estate Mastermind meets once a quarter and one topic we always discuss is accountability. By being in a room full of like-minded real estate investors allows us to have accountability partners to help support us as we work on our quarterly goals.
During the mastermind, our members are vulnerable, sharing what they are struggling with and also what they’ve found to be working. After going through individual presentations, we have an entire session on accountability.
Accountability isn’t the easiest. We try to hold ourselves accountable to hit goals but without someone really being there to help you when you need it and to have someone to report your progress to, it’s easy for goals to be missed or postponed.
There’s a few members who are laser-focused on their goals and with the help of accountability calls and partners, they’ve been able to make huge strides in their business.
That’s the beauty of being in a mastermind. Your network becomes other investors who understand your business and can help guide you through areas you aren’t as experienced in, and vice versa. We all have our niche expertise and together, that network is powerful.
The first meeting of 2020 is in Nashville, TN and even before the meeting starts, members are reaching out and helping each other out.
