All right, everybody. Welcome back for another episode. This is going to be a quick one. I just want to share some information with you about some changes we’re going to do in the show, a few changes actually, and how I can answer your questions. I’ve been doing this show for five and a half years now, hard to believe, and I think about this periodically. Right now, I actually just dropped my son off at school. Actually, summer is about to start here, so that’s going to end here pretty quickly. But the truth is, is as a real estate investor, as an entrepreneur, as a father, I spend a lot of time in my car and I’ve thought many, many times like, “Hey, I should be creating some content for the show while I’m in my car,” and I just really haven’t.
There might have been a couple of times where I recorded an episode like this, something short and sweet but not very often considering we’ve been doing this for five and a half years and have done coming up on 500 episodes here. So, I’m going to start a new process to do some of our shows, a couple of shows a month called Ask, ask me anything. I don’t know what I’m going to call it. Actually, it’s still called the same show but what you have to do is you go to flipnerd.com/ask, flipnerd.com/ask, and there’s a form there. You can just simply ask me a question, a question that you want me to discuss on the air. So, as we kind of move on here, I’m doing more and more shows with myself answering your questions. We have quite a few people, thousands of people that watch the show every single day.
And I don’t speak to you guys enough directly. I want to talk about the issues you are having. The truth is, is almost all the shows that I’ve done have been topics that I’ve come up with or come up with my guest who’s on the show. And that’s all great and it’s fantastic and we love that you guys have been following us for years, but I want to answer your questions. So, again, just go to flipnerd.com/ask. You can chat in anything. We, of course, won’t be able to answer every question that we get, but I think we’re going to see a theme of the types of questions that you guys have. So there’ll probably be multiple people that ask, essentially, the same type of question that I can do my very best to give you my insights, my experience, my opinions on, for sure, I always have opinions and share with you that.

A couple other things I want mention, we are about to launch our new podcast called “Investor Fuel.” For a lot of you that have been listening, you know that I run a mastermind for professional real estate investors called Investor Fuel. We have over a hundred of America’s top real estate investors, some folks doing, literally, hundreds of deals. Pretty much everybody with the exception of a few are really kind of full time and focused on real estate investing only, and it’s just a powerhouse of information.
So that mastermind is going very, very well. We have so many awesome people in there that I’ve decided to create a podcast simply called “Investor Fuel,” that’ll be an addition to the “FlipNerd Real Estate Investing Secrets” show and so look out for that. I’ll definitely send an announcement out via email or maybe reference it in a couple of the other shows. But the “Investor Fuel” podcast will be interview based and will be, basically, just interviewing our members and talking to them about their lessons learned and some great topics that I think you’ll get a lot of value out of.
Last thing, I want to mention is, as I mentioned, summer’s coming up here pretty quickly. It’s about to start here. So, my son will be out of school and we actually have, fortunately, very blessed to have built a successful business that can run without me for, at least, periods of time.
So we’re actually taking a bit of a trip. We’re going to be gone for about five weeks, and that includes staying with my parents up in Illinois and a number of different kinds of trips. My wife and I are going to Ireland and Scotland and to England for a couple of weeks, and my son is going to be staying with my parents. But during that time I actually want to try to record some shows while I am live over in the UK and sharing some experiences and some thoughts.
When I go on trips like that, truthfully, on the flight, I start the idea wheels in motion and start coming up with all sorts of ideas of things I should do in my business, or topics for the shows, or content that we want to create. And so it’ll be perfect timing for me to come up with some ideas of some things that are on my mind, things that are maybe timely of what’s going on in the market may be impacting you in your business while I’m over there.
So we’ll see. I might actually create some extra shows and do a little bit of a burst of shows while we’re there to share some thoughts with you guys. So keep a look out for those shows. They’ll be coming real soon. Summer is upon us. Hopefully, you guys have some things lined up to have a great summer. If you’ve got your head down building your business, I get it. There are seasons of life. There are seasons in our business. If you are in the hustle mode, crank to get this thing going mode, then I wish you nothing but the best and I hope that we’ve had a chance on FlipNerd to inspire you over the years.
