Jack: Hi, my name is Jack Shea. I’m an investor and real estate and notes for over 25 years. I’ll talk a little bit about trusts, personal property trusts and land trusts. We use them both. We have an IRA checkbook trust.

Jack: But I like the trust business. I’ve never done any exchange, any business outside of that. I do hundreds of deals all in trusts. To me, you get a new way to run your real estate. You get a different system for managing the properties in private. You can partner in syndication with other people at the trust level, which is personal property, no witnesses and no notaries. And you get this privacy, where the tenants and the bureaucrats do not know who the real owner of the property is. It’s legal in all 50 states.
