Mike: Hey, it’s Mike Hambright from FlipNerd.com. We have a quick VIP tip to share with you from Michael Jake, whose going to tell us why success is in solving other people’s problems.

Michael: Well, ultimately in business, we all chase a profitability on any kind of deal, but ultimately, we get paid based on solving other people’s problems. And that sometimes if that’s a wholesale opportunity, it’s a property problem. The property has become such a burden, and it may require a lot of fix up, or ultimately a different set of eyes than the person who owns it wants to deal with. Sometimes, there are personal situations. And ultimately it’s not the property that’s the problem; it’s a personal situation that the seller is in that they need help getting out of that.
Typically as real estate investors, there’s always a piece of property involved in the problem. And the more tools we have in our toolbox to help different people solve different problems associated with real estate, the more opportunities we’re going to have to create a payday for ourselves.
Ultimately, we have to create value if we expect to get compensated as a results. Like we were saying, deals aren’t found. You don’t find good deals. You find opportunities, and you prevent solutions, and you create a deal.
