“Can you hear me okay?”

“Can you see my screen?”

“We can’t hear you, you’re muted.”

Those were common sayings last week at our first ever virtual Investor Fuel Mastermind meeting. This might not sound like a big deal, but Investor Fuel is 5-days long and has multiple components that make going virtual not so easy.

You see, in an in-person meeting, we go from everyone meeting together, to round table discussions to break out rooms with hot seats and we also have panels. Networking is heavy and people look forward to hallway discussions and networking at lunch and dinner.

Because of this, we knew we had to replicate the in-person meeting as much as possible. These last few months have been rough for real estate investors but we hear so many in our group who are thriving.

We became masters at Zoom and provided our members with probably the best possible event you could have that wasn’t in person. We still had round tables, brought in some game-changing speakers, had panels, hot seats, and even happy hours.

When it came to people presenting, the group was engaged and gave feedback that was honest and supportive so that we can all stay on track for success. Nuggets were thrown out left and right and it was impactful for the group.

In the middle of the week, we even got a group of now 50+ of us to start a 1-mile a day challenge and everyone is posting photos of their walk, encouraging each other and overall, just being a family to one another.

Our group has never been stronger. Communication between members and our team has become more frequent and we’re pivoting with the market changes together.

You might have heard “#FuelFam” before and it’s so true. We are a family. We’re here to support one another and the growth we’ve seen is incredible.

While it wasn’t our plan to have to go virtual, we all made it the best event yet and we can’t wait to see everyone in August!
