Mike: Hey, it’s Mike Hambright from FlipNerd.com and we have a quick VIP tip to share with you from Randy Lawrence, who’s going to share a tip on the importance of believing in yourself to be successful in real estate.
Randy: Thank you so much. I appreciate it. I just want to encourage you who are listening right now that in order to succeed, you’ve got to truly believe in yourself. Don’t let any of the things that have sought to hinder you in the past stop you from moving forward. I want you to understand right now, your past does not determine your future. You have the ability to accomplish the results you want.
The dreams that are birthed in you, you’ve got a dream that’s persistent in your heart, I would tell you this. That is a God-given dream that’s been birthed in you that is intended to be achieved. By the very fact that the dream is there, it’s consistent in its persistence. You haven’t been able to shake it. It stays with you. That means that it’s intended to be achieved.
God believes in you because he gave you the dream. You need to believe in yourself to the point of conviction that you know, just as surely as you’re watching this episode or listening to this great tip, that you’re going to be able to achieve it. Have that core conviction and then with that conviction, take action. As you take that step of action and begin to move forward, listen, you don’t have to figure everything out, but as you move forward, the resources that you need are going to be drawn to you.
Just like right now. The resources here that you’re receiving through Mike and through FlipNerd, these are resources that are going to help you. Why? Because you wanted to learn about real estate, you took action, and now you’re receiving some insights. I just encourage you to get the conviction, believe in yourself, and envision that dream as being done.
Spend five minutes each day envisioning yourself living the life you want, driving the car you want, and spending the quality time with your family as you want, and begin to see it with that conviction and experience it emotionally. I can tell you this. It will only be a matter of time before what you’re believing in and you’re moving toward, by taking action, you will begin to experience it and see it in life. It’s awesome.
