Dawn Earling: Yes, one of the things that you want to do is get in really good with the park manager. The park manager has incoming phone calls and knows everybody within the park. They’re going to know of all the seller leads, they’re going to know of all the renter leads, they’re going to know of all the buyer leads as long as you end up treating those guys well with maybe gift cards, they’ll even take chocolate, coffee, anything like that. Help them to keep their park full and without problems, and they will be more than happy to return the favor tenfold with being able to provide you with plenty of leads, qualified leads to buy, to rent and also to sell.
