Mike: Hey, it’s Mike Hambright from FlipNerd.com and we have a quick VIP tip to share with you from Iris Veneration, who’s going to share a tip on the importance on surrounding yourself with the right people.
Iris: You know, I know you’ve probably heard this a lot before, surround yourself with the right positive people, and I just wanted to bring it up again today because I think it’s very, very important, especially in this real estate business, because as Mike likes to say, it can get very lonely and it can get really tough at times. And everyone, it’s just human nature, we have our ups and downs and if you don’t have the right people around you . . . when I say the right people, I’m talking about positive people, people who support what you do, even mentors and other people that are doing the same thing as you.
It’s very critical if you want to be successful in this business. So every now and then it might be good to take a little assessment of who you are surrounding yourself with. If your business is going sideways or if it’s not going the way you want to go, definitely something to look at. For me this is absolutely a people business, so being surrounded with the right people is certainly a huge key to your success.
Mike: That’s great. And you might even say be that right person for somebody else too, right?
