Mike Hambright: Hey, it’s Mike Hambright from FlipNerd.com and we have a quick V.I.P. tip to share with you from Kent Clothier who’s going to share why the time is now to get started in your real estate investing business.
Kent Clothier: Hey guys. This is Kent. Let me just say one, I’m glad to be here, but two, that as Mike just said the time is now. When you are in real estate investing market it’s never about whether it is a good market, a bad market, whether it’s up or down, nothing. We’re playing a completely different market, a secondary market. I can tell you that because we’re in that market it is always a good time to get involved. I can also tell you as a brand new investor that that little fear, that little voice you have inside of your head that keeps telling you, “I’ll get to it tomorrow, next month, next week, next year . . .” whatever the case may be, that never goes away.
It is a matter of jumping in. Do something today that scares you a little bit. Get involved. Surround yourself with the people and the systems that can kind of show you a proven methodology to becoming successful in this business, but take action. Don’t put off next week, next month, next year, what you should be doing right now. I can tell you, after working with a lot of people over the years, you won’t regret it. It is absolutely the right time right now to get involved and start creating that business, that life that you’ve always wanted, that you’ve always dreamed of. The real estate market can absolutely do that for you. It’s not smoke and mirrors or rainbows and cupcakes out there. This is a real business. It absolutely happens for people every single day, but the difference between the people that get it and that don’t isn’t about knowledge. It’s about action. I can tell you take action, get involved because the time is absolutely right now.
