Mike Hambright: Hey it’s Mike Hambright from FlipNerd.com. And we have a quick VIP flip tip to share with you from Ross Hamilton, who’s the CEO of Connected Investors, on how to use Facebook in your real estate investing business.
Ross Hamilton: Hey, I’m really excited to share this information with you because a lot of this is brand new. A lot of real estate investors they use Facebook wrong. They get on Facebook and they try to friend everyone and they just talk about themselves all the time. We don’t have to go into what you should say on Facebook, but if you’re a busy real estate investor, like myself, you need to start using Facebook ads. I’m going to tell you just how intuitive this is. Inside of Facebook ads as of last week, you can now actually target people who are about to move or who have recently moved. That’s just one of the many demographics that you can pinpoint and target. So when you’re selling properties, if you’re doing rent to own, if you’re renting properties, if you’re whole selling properties, you can actually target these individuals. The cost per click is, a lot of times, less that a buck. And it’s a way to get way ahead of your competition, because most people are too scared to pay a buck to get a click.
