Christy: Hey there, I’m Christy Tu, creator of Goal Getter Mindset. Today you’re watching the third part of a three-part video, “How to Achieve a Goal Getter Mindset”. We are going to touch up on the topic of . . . I’m actually going to reveal to you the number one secret to live your life on your own terms.

Christy: Imagine getting twice as much done in half the time. How different would your life be? So picture this, you have the luxury to choose how many hours of the day you want to work, just like myself. I’m actually doing this video in the comfort of my living room and it feels great.
Imagine making big holidays because you get to go on so many vacations and you can leave on vacations whenever and however long you want. You have the financial freedom to live the life of your dreams because you are in a position to be in control of your own economy.
Jimmy and I, my husband Jimmy and I, we started real estate investing back in 2008 and that was during the market boom and bust, and we were the 1% of the students in those three-day workshops that made it. We are still here today, still investing in real estate and I enjoy it, it’s my passion. I’ve made a lot of money. But, it’s also important to learn how to keep it, so that’s how I decided to become a coach.
Most importantly, you want to be able to spend more time viewing your thoughts through meditation, and bringing positive brilliance through prayer and create a shield to protect you from negative energy because that’s where I experience the most joy and that’s what we are all seeking for mainly. Money is just the source.
Let’s talk about the number one secret to living your life on your own terms. It’s about creating a success ritual. That’s what helped my husband and I stay in the real estate game, and I just love it. It’s so challenging but very rewarding. There’s no right or wrong way to get up in the morning, or a morning ritual that fits everyone. I’m just going to share with you how I developed a success ritual with my daily attractor factor conditioning process.
Some of my favorites is I begin my day reciting a success affirmation because it all starts with creating a vision to have in mind a purpose or plan to direct your mind to aim. It’s been said that the subconscious mind cannot distinguish the difference between imagination and reality. So the objective is to create the reality, your reality of what you want in your mind and allow your reticular activator, like your antennas, to manifest your desires into your life. Another one of my favorites is “I am” declarations, because “I am” is two of the most powerful words for what you put in after them. They shape your reality. Then, I deposit money into my money love container, which is my give account. If you watch my second video, you know what I’m talking about. Nothing exceeds the power of unconditional action to move you quickly towards your financial goals. Because each time you act in spite of fear, discomfort, uncertainty, or “I’m not in the mood” attitude, not only will you build courage but more importantly momentum. That’s the love container.
Another one of my favorites is the Attractor Factor exercise. I also follow through with that, because the number one reason most people don’t get what they want is they don’t know what they want. Clarity leads to power. Another important principle of manifestation is knowing why, and again, if you watch the second part of the video then you will know what I’m talking about.
You want to know why you want something and the reason why most people don’t have a lot of money is that they don’t have a massively important reason to have it. So be specific about your goals, like the reason why I want a lot more money is to build tree-houses in the forest of Spokane, Oregon, so I can build couple retreats and have them twice a year. I want to make more money because I want to own vacation homes in Laguna, Southern California, or Hawaii, South Beach Miami, New York City, or Mexico. Be specific, because that’s very important.
Another one: celebrate your success. That’s how I end my day. The more you feel successful, the more successful you’ll become and more success will come your way as well. You cannot actually feel successful if you don’t celebrate your success. Your success can either be major or minor, but it doesn’t matter because you just want to celebrate yourself for whatever you did.
