Flip Tip Transcript:

Mike Hambright: Hey, it’s Mike Hambright from flipnerd.com, and we have a quick VIP flip tip to share with you from Andy McFarlane, who’s going to share a tip on how to be successful as a real estate investor.
Andy McFarlane: Hey, so this tip I wanted to share is not specific necessarily to real estate, it’s anything in life, but definitely in real estate, it’s a mindset game, it’s a mental game. Don’t think that you’re any different than me. You absolutely can do this. If you think you can or think you can’t, you are right, and my real estate game changed dramatically when I started surrounding myself with people who are more successful than I was, and reading the things that they had, and listening to the podcast and watching the things like the flip nerds and all those things.
Really, surround yourself with people who believe you can, and you can do it. You’re no different than me or any of these other successful real estate investors. So, believe in yourself and keep taking action.
