Mike: Hey, it’s Mike Hambright from flipnerd.com and we have a quick V.I.P. tip to share with you from Tom Krol [SP], who’s going to share a tip on the importance of using a database to track your leads.

Tom: All right, let’s do it. So here’s the tip. Mike, it is so important that every single lead that comes into your business goes directly into your database. I don’t really care what database you’re using, but it’s got to go in there. And the reason is, the money is in the database. So whenever a call comes in, whether they leave a voicemail or not, the number goes in there. And then every six months you phone blast your database. ‘Hey, this is Tom. We spoke a few months ago about me possibly buying your home. If you’re still interested in selling it, please call me back at this number. If you’re not interested in selling, no reason to call me back.’ That voice message, we use Voice Logic to blast that out and it is a game changer. We’ve never done a voice blast, and not got a deal. So it’s absolutely crucial to your business. And that should be good for an extra $100,000 a year, at least.
