Mike: Hey, it’s Mike Hambright from FlipNerd.com and we have a quick Expert Tip to share with you from Randy Hughes, Mr. Land Trust, who’s going to share a tip on why you should buy a real estate that fits your personally.

This Expert Tip is sponsored by RealtyMogul.com, B2R Finance, and National Real Estate Insurance Group.

Randy: All right Mike, well here’s my thinking on this, and I’ve owned all kinds of real estate in my investing career, and I found that most of it did not fit my personality. I finally woke up to the realization that single family houses fit my personality. They fit the way I like my lifestyle, the way I like to be able travel and live, and still maintain real estate investments.

Shopping centers are intense, and commercial buildings can be intense, apartment buildings that you rent out to college students is real intense. And while I know a lot of folks out there that have made a lot of money in all those endeavors, I found that I couldn’t and it didn’t fit my personality. So I’m just suggesting that you consider when you’re buying real estate, just not what you’re buying, but what’s the management going to be like and is this piece of real estate and the management thereof going to fit your lifestyle and your personality.

Mike: We’d like to thank Crestar Funding, MidAtlantic IRA, and Renters Warehouse.
