Flip Tip Transcript:

Mike: Hey everyone. It’s Mike Hambright from FlipNerd.com. I’ve got quick Expert Tip to share with you from David Sewell. He’s going to share some advice on how you can free yourself by including international investments as part of your investing portfolio.
This Expert Tip is sponsored by RealtyMogul.com, B2R Finance and AceBusinessFunding.com.
David: Our tip today can be something along the lines of advising you to carefully and fairly soon, consider diversifying your portfolio through the acquisition of international hard real assets. You can do an awful lot of things to increase the safety of your capital, the safety of your pensions and your retirement funds and your self-directed IRAs.
You can have other opportunities to live elsewhere other than and maybe in your own community or county or state or even country that not only could be financially profitable, could be fun as well. And you can have that right in your pocket anytime you should need it. Should there be something go wrong or something doesn’t happen the way you want it to go, you need to go to an alternative place. You have it done in advance.
We would strongly advise you to do that in advance so you can do something as simple as Panama Friendly Nation’s Visa, residency visa here doesn’t require you to give up anything. But if you need to come to this country fairly quickly for some reason or another you can show up at the gate and they’re going to let you in.
And you can already have a bank account here. You can have funds at a [inaudible 00:01:42] over the wall in a different currency, in a different bank just for safety sake, just in case something else goes wonky in your home country. You can do multiple other things here to protect yourself both financially, your family, your security. Our tip for the day is do it and look into it. If it’s of any interest to you, we can help you.
Mike: Awesome, awesome. David do you know right off where somebody would go if they wanted to look into that a little more?
David: I would go to the internet and I would look up Panama Friendly Visa or Friendly Nation Visas in Panama, they’ll give you all of the information you need. Or I can give you a toll free number, just give us a call and we’ll help you do it.
Mike: We’d like to thank Specialized IRA Services, National Real Estate Insurance Group, and virtualstaffnow.com.
