Mike: Hey, it’s Mike Hambright from Flipnerd.com, and we have a quick VIP tip to share with you, from Jason Lucasy, who is going to share a tip on how to find cash buyers on LinkedIn.
Jason: This is my tip for you. I highly recommend that you go on LinkedIn, you start looking for other investors that are similar to you. Send out messages to them by joining groups. By joining the same group as them, you do not have to pay for a LinkedIn membership. You could start by sending them messages, find out who is buying properties and who isn’t. Obviously, you going to want to connect with the people that are buying properties and next thing, you know you can start having a successful buyers list or you could start working with other whole sellers by doing co-wholesale deals. So, you could find a nice cash buyers list without having to break the bank. This could be all be done on pretty much on 0$ budget, Mike, and yeah, that’s my tip. I’d highly recommend you start using it right away. There are over, I believe, 400 million people on LinkedIn and there is several groups on there who have, you know, a 100,000 plus members on their real estate investing groups. So, I highly recommend getting in there and taking advantage of this tip.
