Mike: Hey, it’s Mike Hambright from Flipnerd.com and we have a quick VIP tip to share with you from Blake McCreight, who’s going to share a tip on how to find partners for your real estate business.
Blake: Thanks for letting me share this quick tip. I think having partners and working together with others is a very critical part to your business. If you can go to real estate investment club meetings and find . . . you’re looking for people that maybe have offset maybe your weaknesses. Maybe you’re good at finding deals, but you need somebody to find buyers, so other wholesalers that are out there that have been successful that you could partner with.
Or maybe you have a good contractor and you’ve got a great rehab but you need a lender, so maybe you could find somebody that has the cash at a real estate investment club meeting. Or maybe even set up a booth, we’ve done those as well, at these real estate investment club meetings on what we’re doing and it’s been a great way to find partners to work with our business.
Mike: Awesome.
